Exchanges / Returns
We have a strict 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving the item and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
It is the sender’s responsibility to cover courier fees for items returned.
Collection from your door with The Courier Guy – R105.
Drop off at your nearest Pudo locker / Courier Guy kiosk – R70.
You can skip the return fees with free local drop off in Sheffield Beach, KZN.
We will pay for the delivery of your replacement item.
Any exchanges thereafter will be charged at R105 / R70.
Returns

This amount will be deducted from your refund payment.
You can skip the return fees with free local drop off in Sheffield Beach, KZN.
Here is what to expect from our process:
1) Please prepare your exchange/return parcel by placing your order into it’s original packaging, a suitable flyer or box.
2) We will notify The Courier Guy to collect your order.
You may also drop off at your nearest Pudo locker / Courier Guy kiosk.
You will receive an email with your Waybill number. Please include this number on your parcel.
Parcels are usually collected the same day, or following business day.
3) We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange/return.
Refunds
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
A 3.2% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund amount if payment was made via the Ikhokha payment gateway.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
